This Privacy Policy tells you about our collection of personal information and how we store, use and disclose that information when you use our website at www.einfeldip.com.au. This website is owned by Shelley Einfeld IP and may be accessed in Australia and overseas.

Employees and contractors: for current and potential employees, contractors and people on work experience, we may collect additional personal information. This information might include personal CVs, references, financial details (bank account, superannuation account, tax file number), health information and emergency contact details. We may also conduct background checks, including of criminal records, before offering you a position with Shelley Einfeld IP.
