Shelley Einfeld is the Principal of Shelley Einfeld IP.
She holds undergraduate degrees in Arts and Law from the University of New South Wales and a Masters of Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne. As well as being a lawyer, Shelley is a registered Trade Mark Attorney and a Notary Public (NSW).
Shelley has worked as an intellectual property lawyer in Australia since 1990. Her particular specialty is trade mark law and practice but she is also an experienced advisor in relation to other areas of IP law including copyright and registered designs.

Shelley is a member of both the Trans-Tasman and NSW committees of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) and is a former chairperson of IPSANZ NSW. She is a member (and former committee member) of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
